FRAGMENTA is an independent publisher that publishes classic and essay books in the field of religions, always from a rigorously non-denominational perspective. We publish "non-religious books on religions", that is, books that can be read by everyone, that do not pretend to feed any believing experience, but become instruments for inquirers that move in a world of uncertainty. In the religious dimension of the human being, the important thing is no longer the dogmas (believers or atheists) but the questions, the search, the inquiry, the opening, the trial and the discovery, all this in the common space of the human condition. And in this process of constant inquiry, reading can undoubtedly be the best ally. We want to be plural without being relativistic; we want to welcome religious diversity without falling into syncretism; We want to fight sectarianism without building new dogmatisms. We aspire to overcome the dichotomy rigor / disclosure with editions that satisfy both the scientific community and the general public, each day more demanding. FRAGMENTA was born on May 8, 2007 by Ignasi Moreta and Inês Castel-Branco. With almost four years of experience in publishing in Catalan, it has become a true reference in the field of small independent publishers. With the collection Fragmentos, Fragmenta addresses the Spanish-speaking reader with the same requirement in the choice of texts and in the care of the editions.
