Is there Pessoa? This question is somewhat inopportune, but well worth trying to answer it, if not to a metaphysical level, yes to a textual level. The question, moreover, is not new and could be reformulated in a more abstract and comprehensive way: is there the author?

This book hopes to witness the new boom pessoanos studies, which began to take shape in 2006 and which is responsible for a new generation of researchers worldwide.
This new generation, as diverse as the previous one, walks toward a goal that is about to be fulfilled, that of having all Pessoa online (what is already his private library and some of the texts), and has been responsible for return to open the "trunks" back to take stock of what is unpublished, to revisit what was edited, re-promote the study of the work of the Portuguese author without neglecting the issue of it.

Teacher, translator, critic and editor, Jerónimo Pizarro is responsible for most of the new editions and new series of texts by Fernando Pessoa published in Portugal since 2006. Professor at the University of the Andes, holder of the Chair of Portuguese Studies the Camões Institute in Colombia and Eduardo Lourenço Prize (2013), Pizarro reopened pessoanos trunks and rediscovered "the private library of Fernando Pessoa" to resort to the title of one of the books in his bibliography. It was the Commissioner's visit Portugal to the International Book Fair of Bogota (FILBO) and several years coordinating the visit of Portuguese-speaking writers to Colombia. Co-editor of the magazine "Pessoa Plural" regular organizer of conferences and exhibitions, currently directs Pessoa Ink-da-china collection.
