The evolution of societies is reflected in the heritage built over time. An examination of the architecture of its cities allows us to recognize and appreciate the values, needs, desires and priorities, as well as other elements that give identity to the cities and to the human conglomerate that inhabits them. This book addresses architecture and urban development through the study of housing, in various modalities, times and places. The objective is to contribute to the knowledge of the economic, political, philosophical and socio-cultural structures from which the construction of different buildings started.
