The production of drugs, both illicit and licit, which is converted into merchandise, affects the reproduction of the capitalist system, currently, in its neoliberal modality. Through its distribution for consumption, its habit and even its addiction is encouraged among the inhabitants of our country: Mexico. Market reasons supersede all ethical considerations, as required by the unwritten laws of capitalism. The 4-T government has implemented humanitarian legal and social measures to eradicate the production of illicit drugs; It is a utopia, but there are achievable utopias. In addition, it promotes an information campaign to discourage drug use and thus guide the population to consciously and informedly reject any toxic substance that threatens their physical and mental health. Prevention is fundamental and humanitarian principles such as love of neighbor tend to make room for coexistence and, thereby, avoiding drug consumption.
