Vast and comprehensive repertoire of 5,513 bibliographic entries that record data on a variety of food and nutrition texts in Spanish. The limited space goes chronologically from the earliest incunabula to 1975, plus an appendix to ancient texts published for the first time from this year. After each bibliographic record, the various editions are located in one or more libraries and, where appropriate, codes where the data was obtained are indicated. In older works, if applicable, is given a small resumente and interesting chapters in general works. Also included are publications of the Spanish colony until independence, including the Philippines. The records are in chronological and alphabetical order in each century classified.
