Besides being the leader of one of the groups most successful rock recent decades, Bono is one of the usual voices of humanitarian campaigns. Labeled by Oprah Winfrey as the "undisputed king of hope", featured on the cover of Time with the headline "Can Bono save the world?" Obviously his philanthropic work has brought prosperity to millions of people around the world . However, in this rigorous and detailed research, the Irish journalist Harry Browne maintains that it is likely that, on balance, Bono has done more damage than it sounds, as has become a spokesperson and face of Western elite, defending the vision characters like George Bush, Tony Blair, Jesse Helms, Condoleezza Rice, Bill Clinton, Steve Jobs and Bill Gates, to name a few.
