The form of relationship between the people is opposed to the form of relationship between citizens, as we shall see. In the latter, individuality is a primary, concrete instance towards the abstraction of the collective, while in the form of the people's relationship the individual is abstraction (the common and ordinary) derived from the material concretization of the plural. However, although contradictory, both relational forms will coexist as existential polarities in our day-to-day lives. Although in politics, and for historical reasons, one will superimpose its stability over the other, we constantly go through its tension in the daily social production of both the communal and the huge.
