The reason for this work comes from the psychoanalytic clinical practice that I carry out in my private practice. An experience that is associated with the reading of philosophy in the academic field. This incorporation generated new questions within my practice and triggered important movements around the subjective position of the analysands in my space. Specifically, the phenomenon of the repetition of the same errors during the process led me to the proposal that is elaborated here: the possibility of thinking about the eternal return of the same, as a concept that allows the transvaluation of the problem of repetition in analysis. This, based on the Deleuzian reading of this concept of Nietzsche, which allows us to potentialize repetition, to take it out of the negativity in which it is found as a consequence of dogmatic thought. The above opens the discussion on the transcendence of our practice, if we do not manage to transvalue it at the same time that it transmutes the subject that we intend to accompany in analysis. The idea is therefore to propose that it is possible to bring the power of listening to difference to the psychoanalytic clinic, by rescuing the unconscious, infinite and plastic representation to give way to its mobility. Ultimately, it is a question of a constant and bearable decentralization that allows the subject to look at himself in his differential diversity and to open himself to other ways of being in the world, by means of this superior empiricism proposed by Deleuzian philosophy, which establishes a new sensitivity in the face of the nomadic multiplicity of difference.
