Arantxa is embarking on a new adventure, but this time she'll have to overcome many obstacles alongside Rati to learn how to manage her anger. She'll need your help to succeed. Will you join her? I'm sure they'll make it! This story explains to parents and children alike how their brains work when they're angry and the different ways adults deal with children's anger and its consequences. Anger, like other defensive emotions such as sadness and fear, is something we beg children not to experience, as if they could control its onset. As adults, we must help children develop and strengthen their prefrontal cortex, but always by validating what their emotional brain is feeling. We will only ensure our children have a good capacity for emotional self-regulation if we possess it ourselves and practice it with them.
