The Temple of Psychic Youth is an occult society founded in the United Kingdom in 1981 with the aim of unleashing the powers that reside in the human mind. Its most visible face was the Psychic TV gang, led by Genesis P-Orridge, which functioned as a propaganda agent aimed at attracting new followers and filtering its neo-shamanic practices into popular culture. Members of groups such as Soft Cell, Coil, Alternative TV, Skinny Puppy or Current 93 also participated in their rituals.
