This is what Well-Being Training based on Contemplative Practices (EBC) is designed for, a very complete program that is the result of years of work, research and study of contemplative traditions and positive psychology. EBC is based on the following pillars: mindfulness, the ability to lengthen positive emotions, the ability to shorten negative emotions, altruism and compassion, and a perspective on the multiplicity of the self.
