December 31, 1936. Miguel de Unamuno dies suddenly in his home. Its starting point is the exhaustive research carried out for the making of the documentary film Pa-labras para un fin del mundo, with the purpose of expanding, deepening and going further. The result is a counter-narrative that, on the one hand, dismantles and unmasks the official version of events, built on the account of the only witness, and, on the other, demonstrates that Unamuno was the object of a propaganda operation by which the rebels sought to appropriate his figure and hijack his memory and legacy.
