This work addresses the regulatory provisions of the Municipal Social Infrastructure Contribution Fund (FAISMUN) program regarding the administrative processes for the execution of municipal public works. Its main objective is to resolve the problems encountered in various municipalities that prevent projects from being executed on time and in accordance with regulations, ensuring the compilation of individual project files, and submitting monthly progress reports to the municipal treasury in a timely manner for the corresponding fiscal year. The methodology applied in this work is of a technical and scientific nature, intended to provide public servants with the necessary tools to avoid legal issues and consequences in the performance of their duties. It is also relevant to agencies that manage public funds in the execution of public works, to legal entities, individuals, and future generations who aspire to become public servants or participate in the construction industry.
