In its social character, space marks the possibility of understanding and glimpse the relationships that build the “being” of society, which, from the different ways in which it can be understood and attended to, allows us to speak of metaphors of the production of the space. From different multidisciplinary perspectives, this book reflects on what social space is and how it is constructed in the various social practices that are carried out with it. The articulating axis of the works gathered here is therefore the notion of space from the perspective of its social production and its projection in different socio-spatial representations based on the concept of social space.
