Adaptation to the manga of Mill's philosophical and political work, his reflections on the problem of "what is true freedom?"

Europe, 19th century. Due to the citizens' revolution, a modern democratic society is established, in which people believe they own their own freedom. However, this system hides the risk of threatening the individual's freedom through unjust repression. About freedom revolves around the defense of a single philosophical principle: The impassable limits of political authority, laws and public opinion must be those of the freedom of the individual. The only end by which it is justifiable that to compromise the freedom of an individual is to avoid that it harms the others.

The two stories illustrated in this manga illustrate: The adventures of Kevin, the lawyer who defends an atheist, and the efforts of lawmaker Leonard Dustin, who defends the advantages of compulsory education but safeguarding children's freedom.
