Monique Zepeda is the author of more than 20 books that have obtained important recognitions. Most of her work and studies have been focused on her two great passions: the world of literature and that of children. She has been a teacher at different educational levels, coordinator and collaborator of the psycho-pedagogical area of the Center for Expression and Learning, in Cuernavaca, Morelos; she has trained teachers in both the areas of psychology and children's literature; she has been a psychotherapist for children, adolescents and adults.
