For Vincent van Gogh, painting was the only way he could express what he felt, and he did it with passion until the last day of his life. Unfortunately, throughout his existence very few knew how to value his talent and, if that were not enough, he sold very few paintings. But van Gogh never stopped painting, and thanks to his fighting spirit he left us a legacy of more than two thousand works, including drawings and paintings, some of which have become the most valued in the history of art.
