Professor of Philosophy of Law at the University of Alicante. He is editor of the Doxa and the master of legal reasoning that organizes the area of Philosophy of Law at the University of Alicante for a decade. He was vice president of the IVR (International Association for Legal and Social Philosophy) and has been awarded honorary doctorates by various Latin American universities. He is the author of many books and articles dealing with many different areas of their discipline as the theory of legal sentences, legal Marxism, bioethics, the theory and technique of legislation, judicial ethics or argumentation. In the latter field he has conducted intensive research and teaching this course is the synthesis of legal reasoning.
