Group dynamics is a widely cultivated plot today. The author has set out to examine many aspects of small group behavior, not as isolated phenomena, but as a set of interrelated processes of social interaction. Topics such as leadership, conduct compliance and similar processes are studied in different situations in different parts of the book. Preference was given to the data obtained through empirical studies that have been taken into account provided they are conducted under controlled conditions. Several studies are cited in support of each conclusion regarding a particular process, provided that such studies exist. Finally, each chapter ends with a basic formulation of plausible hypotheses about phenomena studied it.
