Mariano de Madrazo López de la Calle (1894-1990), son of Ricardo de Madrazo and nephew of Cecilia de Madrazo, wife of Mariano Fortuny, was a diplomat who carried out his duties in different destinations in Europe, Latin America and the Arab world, as well as at the headquarters of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, specifically in the Cultural Relations Unit, where he stood out for the dissemination of Spanish culture.
