Pascal Quignard born in Verneuil-sur-Avre (France) in 1948, lives in Paris. Especially known in Spain for two of his novels which were made ​​into movies: All the Mornings of the World and The Reader, other evidence of his extensive works have also come to light in our country, such as: Terrace in Rome, splints boxwood, secret Life, sex and horror, border, the Music Lesson, or the name on the tip of the tongue. Throughout his career he has received numerous awards including the Critics Award in 1980 and the Prix Goncourt in 2002.
