Small manifesto

Alphabet is an independent editorial project conceived for the publication of good non -fiction books whose reading is a source of pleasure and stimulus for thought, without excluding the critical look in the contemplation of reality.

We believe that, despite the fact that the ways to spend free time outside the books are overwhelming and growing, there is still space in our societies for reading good books, and we claim the lonely and shared pleasure to read them, convinced that the Reading is essential for the development of its own criteria and therefore for the flowering of the individuality of each and the civilized articulation of our societies.
