The kitchen is also a labyrinth. Women: Genesis of a Story, constitutes a story that exposes how a group of authors on food issues in this country left the traditional spaces to which they were referred. It is commonly thought that these writers were only dedicated to giving recipes or, in the best of cases, to integrating recipe books. This work shows that this typecasting is not appropriate. Her participation in different areas of women's work surpassed limits to delve into those of social struggle, the media, editorial work, training and, above all, in her great participation in the construction of the culinary identity of Mexicans.
