The couple is designed for professionals working in the field of health, education or social work, as well as for anyone – whether in a couple or not – who wants to know the conflicts or positive experiences that can arise in the interaction of a couple and how to address them from self-knowledge and mutual development. Therefore, the book contains practical exercises so that we can name our strengths and conflicts and use the appropriate tools to resolve them. The author places special emphasis on the fact that the relationship as a couple is constituted as a project of love, where we can grow and develop on a personal and relational level.
