Francia Perales is a Mexican poet. Her work has been published in Chile, Argentina, Venezuela, Sweden, and Spain. She has been a fellow at the Nuevo León Writers Center in 2020 and the 5th Literary Camp: The Novelistic Exercise of Northeast Mexico-Durango in 2020. She has also been a fellow at the Tamaulipas Program for the Promotion of Artistic Creation and Development in 2020 and 2024. She also won the Fiscal Incentive for Artistic Creation (EFCA) in Nuevo León in 2020. She also won second place in the 2014 Women and Independence in Latin America poetry prize from the University of Nottingham. She also won the 2015 Municipal Youth Prize of San Pedro Garza García, Nuevo León.
