Agustín Comotto (Buenos Aires, 1968). He learned to draw comics from Alberto Breccia and Leopoldo Durañona, publishing for various media in Argentina and the United States. Since the 1990s he has dedicated himself exclusively to the field of illustration as an illustrator and author. He has published books in Mexico, Venezuela, Argentina, Spain, Korea and Italy. In 2000 he received the “A la orilla del Viento” award from the Fondo de Cultura Económica publishing house and in 2001 he received the White Raven mention for the album Siete millones de Escarabajos of which he is the author and illustrator. Since 1999 he has lived in Corbera de Llobregat, a town near Barcelona.
