Béla Viktor János Bartók, Béla Bartók known as (Hungarian: Béla Bartók), (Nagyszentmiklós, Austria-Hungary, currently Sânnicolau Mare, Romania-, March 25, 1881 - New York, September 26, 1945) was a Hungarian musician highlighted as a composer, pianist and researcher folk music of Eastern Europe. Bartók was one of the founders of ethnomusicology, based on relationships that bind ethnology and musicology.
