Canek Sánchez Guevara was born in Havana in 1974. Passionate about audiovisual media and computing was, among many other things, a writer, photographer, graphic designer and an impenitent traveler. A man of deep anarchist sensibility -as the filmmaker José María Nunes defined all those wild flowers that grow in the heat of anarchy without communicating with the orthodoxy of ideology- he was a grandson, according to his own words, "of one of the commanders of the Cuban revolution, reconverted after his death as an icon of international subversion ». He was surprised by the grimness in January 2015 in Mexico City D., just when we were working (in collaboration with the editors of Surplus) in the edition of these journals.
