Carla Carmona (Sevilla, 1982) is a Doctor of Philosophy from the University of Seville. Currently she is a professor of philosophy at the University of Extremadura. Specializing in the fin de siecle Vienna, he has published numerous articles about painting and worldview of Egon Schiele and Ludwig Wittgenstein's thought and aesthetic dimension. Notably his book The pictorial idea of Egon Schiele: An Essay on representational logic (2012) and his work as editor of Egon Schiele Jahrbuch.
