Born in Pozo Alcon (Jaén), in 1961, earned a degree in philosophy from the University of Granada and his Ph.D. from the University of Salamanca. Currently serves as professor of Secondary Education at Zaragoza. The result of his research on George Santayana are the articles in Turia, Limbo, Theorem, Revista de Occidente, Overheard in Seville. Bulletin of the Santayana Society, Philosophical Studies, Archipelago and The Viceroy Tower. He has also translated and presented, Santayana, written Some meanings of the word 'is' (2006) and the book Platonism and spiritual life (2006), published in this Editorial.
