Denis Criado is a yoga and meditation teacher. For fifteen years he spent long stays in ashrams in the United States and India, receiving in 2011 the transmission in the lineage of Paramahamsa Yogananda. He is a Doctor of Consciousness Studies (San Francisco) and a graduate in Eastern Theology from the University of Cambridge (England). Denis currently teaches courses and retreats nationally and internationally.
