Frederick Steinberg. He is a professor at the Department of Economic Analysis of the Autonomous University of Madrid (UAM) and a researcher at the Elcano Royal Institute. He has a doctorate in Economics from the UAM, a Master in Political Economy from the London School of Economics and a Master in International Relations from Columbia University. He has worked as a consultant for the World Bank in Washington and has taught at Georgetown, Suffolk and George Washington Universities. He focuses his research on international political economy and development.
