Giuseppe Masera born in Busto Arsizio (Lombardy, Italy) on 16 September 1937 Initially undertakes a promising football career leaving following the sage advice of his father who, with great tact, deemed not sufficiently endowed. Begins studies Medicine since 1962 and is dedicated to pediatrics, focusing on diseases of the blood and childhood leukemia.
