Hedwig Kellner. She studied mathematics and psychology to become a teacher and be able to go to Africa as a development worker. She created a school in Botswana and managed school projects in Kenya. After her return to Germany, she made a two -year learning as a specialist in Mainframes systems at Siemens AG in Munich. In Software Ag in Darmstadt, she managed development and conversion projects. She later was a management consultant at Mummert + Partner in Hamburg and in Kienbaum Management Consultants in Gummersbach. She is the author of non -fiction books on project and career management.
