Imma Turbau born in Girona in 1974, is a journalist, writer and specialist in cultural management. Worked as a journalist in various media, and beyond, since 1996, has held various positions of responsibility and direction of cultural management in Spain and Portugal.
As a writer, his stories have been published in anthologies in Spain, Mexico, France, Germany and Portugal, among other countries. She is the author of The Hangman (Mondadori), translated into many languages ​​and filmed by the director Manuel Gómez Pereira.
Since February 2009 he is the Director General of the Casa de America in Madrid, where he worked since 2006.
