Josep Ramos Montes (Sevilla, 1952) is a psychiatrist, master in Bioethics and specialist in Health Management. He is Advisor to the Generalitat of Catalonia for the psychiatric reform since 2005, vice president of the Ethics Committee of Social Services of Catalonia and member of the Bioethics Committee of Catalonia, as well as member of the Healthcare Ethics Committee of the Parc Sanitari de Sant Joan de Déu and of the Space of Ethical Reflection of ALLEM (Lleida). He has participated in debates and national and European projects related to ethics and legislation, and has published numerous articles on the subject. He has developed clinical and management tasks in various centers in San Juan de Dios and is currently dedicated to teaching master's degrees, courses and seminars.
