He was born in Toledo (Spain) in 1977. After studying for theology at the Pontifical University of Salamanca, he received a PhD from the Gregorian University of Rome. He has worked in the Higher Institute of Theology of the Canary Islands (2005-2008) and at the San Carlos and San Ambrosio Seminary in Havana, in Cuba (2012-2015). He is currently a visiting professor at the Faculty of Theology of the Pontifical University of Mexico. It belongs to the Brotherhood of Diocesan Operative Priests.
