Laura Suárez (1994) was born in Dumbría, a small village in Costa da Morte, Galicia. She grew up surrounded by picture books that her parents gave her and that gave him her passion for literature and drawing. She graduated in Fine Arts from the Polytechnic University of Valencia, specializing in design and illustration. She has collaborated with Wings and Roots, illustrating traditional tales and various children's stories. She won the 2nd edition of the 180hilos illustration contest and the Master of Illustration and Comic at the Elisava school in Barcelona. Tales from the Fog (Dibbuks) is her first comic.
