Michel Tournier (Paris, 1924-2016) lived for forty years in a parish house Chevreuse Valley, where Vendredi (Goncourt Prize limbes wrote ou les du Pacifique (Grand Prix Académie française novel) and Le roi des Aulnes by unanimity). A tireless traveler, had a fondness for Germany and the Maghreb, and visited Paris to meet only sporadically with his friends from the Académie Goncourt. Cliff has published his works mirror of ideas (2000) and Celebration (2002).
