Miguel Angel Granada

Miguel Angel Granada (Zaragoza 1949), is Professor of History of Renaissance Philosophy at the University of Barcelona. He specializes in Giordano Bruno and the cosmological revolution of the sixteenth and seventeenth centuries, with its theological and religious implications. He is the author of the books cosmology, religion and politics in the Renaissance (Barcelona, 1988) and cosmological debate in 1588 (Naples, 1996) as well as Spanish translator of Machiavelli, Francis Bacon, Erasmus, Campanella and, above all, Giordano Bruno. Member of international team editor of the Complete Works of Giordano Bruno (Les Belles Lettres, Paris), is also vice president of the Centro Internazionale di Studi Bruniani.
