Born in Tokyo in January 1995, he was the chef of a restaurant in Yokohama for several years. Fascinated by European art, culture, and gastronomy, he decided to move to Milan to expand his culinary knowledge and techniques. Always interested in languages, he wrote this book to explain Japanese in a simple and intuitive way.
