Raquel Gutiérrez Aguilar is a Mexican mathematician, philosopher, sociologist, and activist. In the 1980s, he traveled to Bolivia where he joined the insurgency of the Aymara and Quechua communities, articulated with the union movements. He participated in the founding of the Tupac Katari Guerrilla Army (EGTK).
