Stanislaw Jerzy Lec (Lemberg, March 6, 1909 - Warsaw, May 7, 1966) (born Baron of Stanisław Jerzy Tusch-Letz) was a writer, poet and Polish aphorist. Jewish noble family, is one of the most important twentieth century aphorists.
