Tercerunquinto was formed in 1998 in Monterrey, Nuevo León. Since then the collective has developed a body of work that affects the public and private space, questioning the limits between the two, disarticulating the elements that make up these systems and dismantling the logical order of their interrelationships. In addition, Tercerunquinto has tried to challenge the borders that are established around the constitution and organization of a sculptural, architectural, urban or institutional system, examining and pursuing its implications and effects in the personal, social, cultural and political spheres.
