Victoria Camps is a professor of moral philosophy and politics at the University of Barcelona. It has been an independent senator for the Socialist Party and Minister of the Audiovisual Council of Catalonia. Currently chairs the Victor Grifols i Lucas Foundation and the Bioethics Committee of Spain. He has written several books, among which are: public virtue, Paradoxes of individualism, the century of women, the will to live, believe in education and the decline of citizenship.
