The Publications Department of the Institute of Anthropological Research showcases the results of research conducted by academic staff in the areas of archaeology, social anthropology, ethnology, ethnohistory, physical and linguistic anthropology, as well as other disciplines related to the study of societies.

Our books and journals are works that contribute to the collective construction of anthropological knowledge. Their pages reflect the diversity of interests, approaches, positions, and methodological strategies that have characterized the anthropological work at the University. By presenting the diversity of these publications, we make visible the work carried out at our university. These research products allow for interaction with other experts in related fields; they are also useful for supporting teaching, for presenting novel approaches and perspectives that can guide practical applications geared toward the diverse needs of contemporary society, and for the dissemination and appropriation of knowledge.
