La Crujia

La Crujía was born in the late 1970s as a research project interested in studying different forms of alternative and grassroots communication. Its first headquarters, located in San Martín, became a place of resistance for educators, catechists, and communicators during the military dictatorship. With the arrival of democracy, the founding team sought to expand its work through professional training courses and workshops, at a time when there were still no academic programs in Argentina dedicated exclusively to communication.

During the 1980s, with the relocation of the workshops to Tucumán and Ayacucho streets in Buenos Aires, a new period of activity began.
