Neoliberalism broke the corporate pact that characterized the long cycle of industrialization. The bases of capitalist accumulation were transformed: new forms of domination and control of the worker and the work processes, attempts to eliminate all union power in the work process, suppress benefits and regulate the price of labor power not based on of its reproduction but of production, productivity, intensity and qualification.
