In this book, the author seeks to understand the logic of violence and define its limits and its various representations. The phenomena of violence are increasingly permeating everyday news. Even those who reject its use - in democratic regimes - end up threatening violence to assert their authority. The State and the social respondents, the individuals who commit crimes and the political opponents, all of them make use of some form of violence, either to express anger and dissatisfaction, either as a political resource, or as a way to conquer a collective identity.
