The authors wish to contribute with this work essential elements of logic, rhetoric and argumentation that judicial reform in Mexico requires, in the criminal field, which takes us from the inquisitorial trial to the adversarial oral accusatory trial, which is the product of the urgent need to obtain trust, transparency, immediacy, honesty, promptness and efficiency in the procurement and administration of justice on the part of the citizenry. The reform implies a cultural change in the dynamic part of the law, which jointly involves applicators and actors within a new paradigm. Thus, the new dynamics of emerging law requires the knowledge and application of logical, rhetorical and argumentative resources by judges, applicants, teachers, defendants, defenders and any person involved in a legal dispute.
